Purchase Gifts #
Existing members can ‘Gift Sentlive’ for other members and non-members. The process is very simple – in the menu available on any page, click the Gift Sentlive button and complete the short form, with the email address of the recipient and the amount; payment is made with credit/debit card, or a wallet, through the Stripe payment gateway, and on completion of the payment the gift recipient is sent an email with a special link to claim their gift.
Claim Gifts #
The recipient simply clicks the link in the email they receive – if they are a member and logged out they will be prompted to login first; once they are logged in and on their Profile, they will see (in the “More” sction) the credit that has been applied to their Stripe identity, and this will automatically be applied by Stripe when their current plan renews. For non members a new Starter account will have been already created for them using the email address provided by the gifter, and they will be automatically logged into that, and taken to their new Profile page, and a form will open for them to set a password; they can also view the credit that has been added to their automatically created Stripe identity, and can then choose if or when to use the gift in their own time.
