Pricing FAQ

  • Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
    Yes. A Cancel option is on your Profile page. Your plan reverts to Starter after the paid period expires.
  • Can I change plans anytime?
    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever your capacity needs change.
  • What happens if I reach my slot limit?
    You’ll be prompted to upgrade if you want to add more connections.
  • Do Loops use slots?
    Creating a Loop does not use a slot. Joining someone else’s Loop does.
  • Which plans support Expansion Packs?
    They are only available to Total Access users. All other plans can be expanded by upgrading the plan.
