How do I pay?
Currency: All membership plans are priced and processed in British Pounds (GBP).
Payment Methods: We accept major international credit and debit cards, plus any other methods supported by Stripe, our payment provider.
Exchange Rates & Fees: If you are making an international payment, your bank or card issuer will handle the currency conversion at their current daily rate. Please note that you may also be charged foreign transaction or cross-border fees for processing an overseas payment.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes. A Cancel option appears on your Profile page when you purchase.
Your plan reverts to Starter after the paid period expires.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever your connection needs change.
Do I lose any time or credit if I upgrade?
No. When you upgrade you are immediately given your new plan and any remaining time is calculated as a credit towards your next payment.
What happens if I reach my slot limit?
You’ll be prompted to upgrade if you want to add more connections.
Which plans support Expansion Packs?
They are only available to Together plan users.
All other plans can be expanded by upgrading the plan.
